Hell's Kitchen Salt lake

#30DaysOfContent #7
Honestly, I'm a huge Gordon Ramsay fan.... When I get going, get out of the way.

So, when I cook... it gets out of control.

I made Paella, over the winter, and it was a big hit. Then I escelated it, and got some improved ingredients and created My version.

Paella is sort of a Spanish or Mediterranean stir fry.

This is Sausage, chicken and olive oil, with Cherry Red Peppers, to spice it up. This is cooked to perfection, then placed to the side, and put into the Paella at the end, to warm it back up.

This is Sofrito, AKA garlic Onions and tomatoes, cooked down.

This is Chorizo, mixed with Bell peppers(above). The rice is then Mixed into this, to coat individual kernels of rich with the fat from the chorizo, and spices. Which is similar to how you do, Risotto. (Below
That sausage pepper mixture is then mixed with the sofrito

Once you mix it all together, You don't touch it, Never stir. Simmer for 15 minutes

Then you cook up your seafood. to perfection. Scallops, Shrimp, muscles. Cooked to perfection to add, at the end, to be warmed up.

Mix it all together.

You quickly cook the rice to brown it, on the edges of the pan for 1 minute. Cover it, and let it sit for 5 minutes

Serve.
