So.... I can't sleep.
Ok, Feldman the question is, did he go out there or not... and not to ruin the suspense... on the Season finally... of course he did (to be continued next season.... am I really going to have to wait a year?). Here is the thing, They aren't actually very good friends. Sometimes in life we find people who we consider 'friends' and they are actually acquaintances. Many times we find that Acquaintances that we are forced to interact with every day at say 'work'(like the 2 corrys). Well those acquaintances become friends by default, and the social pressure of "oh 2 corry's! how cute!". What I'm saying is that They aren't very good friends, I always measure this by the number of very close personal discussions you have with a friend. How much one talks about the more Personal things, like aspirations, goals... Life's daily struggles. That is a good way to quantify who a 'good friend' is. They are like old drinking buddies.
That being said, I think fieldman is going to go out and try and connect to Haim's wellness. I think stewing there as the clock ticked by, he realized how Pulling away from 'Someone in distress', isn't the proper way to provide support for either a 'friend', or an addict, or someone who legitimately needs help. BTW Remember that, The people who need the most help are usually the most difficult to give it to.... There is a case in point, but I'll not dwell on it, again.
I've seen Fieldman try and do this a couple times, in couples counseling and some other times, He has reached out, only for haim to "Throw up his Walls" and walk away. If haim can connect, can let himself be vulnerable, it will be Key to his recovery. Why is there a problem? you ask?. It's when he was 'Assaulted', I'm sure since then he has been unable to allow himself to be Vulnerable to another person.... and that Ladies and Gentleman, is the core of his problem.... and now he just Runs away... "fight and Flight response"... He Runs... Juxtaposed with Fieldman, who has decided to Fight, and is on his way to 'try again'.
But, to get back to the original point, fieldman's problem is that it's more an unhealthy dependant-co dependant relationship and doesn't realize, that they aren't very close, and he gets almost nothing for the relationship.... Besides Celebrity exposure for him and his wife.
And Other Baseless supositions... that aparently keep me up at night.
On another note,I got a Nigerian 419.... You realize the engrish is getting better don't you. I read a story about how every 'cyber cafe' in nigeria is filled 24/7 with under 18 kids, spaming out these to every email account they can find.
